The Copper Beech Contrast is a 60-minute private contrast therapy session for £40 per couple. Ideal if you're looking for a refreshing reset, you'll enjoy exclusive use of the sauna and cold plunge, along with access to the outdoor lounge area.

For those wanting to truly switch off, The Countryside Unwind offers two hours of exclusive access for £80 per couple. Alongside the sauna and cold plunge, this extended experience includes access to our relaxation lounge and yoga studio, as well as luxury robes, refreshments and a selection of premium wellbeing treats, giving you even more time to relax and unwind.
